The conference is taking place at the Marlborough Convention Centre, 42a Alfred Street, Blenheim and ASB Theatre, 2 Hutcheson Street, Blenheim. Both venues are located adjacent to one another.

There is car parking available at a small cost. A car parking building is also located across the road.

We ask that you please check in at the registration desk when you arrive at the conference. The registration desk will be located in the Marlborough Convention Centre foyer.

Smart casual or business attire is appropriate.

Should you be unable to attend the conference, but wish to arrange for someone to go in your place, please contact Kate Howden via email. Please have on hand the name of the registered delegate, the name of the replacement delegate and the replacement's contact details.

Air New Zealand are monitoring flight demand closely to see if additional services need to be added. You will have the opportunity to indicate during registration when you plan on travelling so we can advise Air New Zealand. Alternatively, you can fly into Nelson and hire a car or arrange a transfer.

Please contact your airline directly regarding your travel options. To advise us that you are arriving a day later than expected, please contact the Event Manager, Megan Crum, via email or call 021 918 517. If you have not booked accommodation via Conference Innovators then you should contact the hotel directly to advise them. Note that cancellation fees usually apply for last minute changes.
